LIL WAYNE IS BEING SUED....
The 24-year-old rapper is being sued by promoters who claim he missed a concert date and refused to reschedule it. Nunoise Entertainment and Jahfari Promotions, both based in the Tampa Bay area, filed the lawsuit in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court on Friday, Jan.19, 2007. The lawsuit claims Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, signed a contract on Sept. 18 to perform at a Tampa, Fla., night club on Oct. 29, 2006 (YE). Lil Wayne returned 15,000 which was a deposit but the promoters say Lil Waynes still owes them $45,000 plus another $200,000 in lost profits from his cancellation. A quarter of a mil for Lil Wayne I do not think so...
