And now, Solange Knowles is fessing up to her nail addiction in her MySpace blog. The singer — and little sister of Beyonce — reveals, “For about the last 2 years I’ve had an addicting obsession with nail art and design. Call it ‘Ghetto-fab’ of me, but yo, I’ve seen some artists who need to have their [work] in museums.”

In her first album since 2004, Brandy is singing in the rain – literally!

The soulful singer got drenched shooting her music video for "Long Distance," a brand new single from her upcoming album, Human. Debuting Dec. 9, the album also includes her hit single "Right Here (Departed)."

According to Brandy, Human is her most personal album yet.

"Being able to express myself and my journey through my music is a feeling I can't describe," she has said of her latest work.

Family was everything to comedic actor Bernie Mac, his daughter tells PEOPLE.

Je'Niece Childress says she still feels her father's presence at their family home in suburban Chicago home following his death four months ago from heart failure after multiple bouts with pneumonia.

"That was his primary focus. Everything he did, he did with family in mind," Childress tells PEOPLE of her father, whose last film Soul Men is in theaters now.

"If he got a new offer for a movie, he'd say, 'I need to negotiate so I can take care of you and your mother.'"
