OOPs...Brandy

TMZ has obtained pics of the crash that
took the life of one Awatif Aboudihaj (38) caused
by singer/actress Brandy Norwood on 12/30/06
Aboudihaj later died on 12/31/06 from injuries
sustained from the crash.

The deceased's family just announced that they
are filing a wrongful death suit for
$50 MILLION...for compensatory & punitive
damages stemming from the death of their loved one.

It gets worse because prosecutors
are also considering charging Brandy with
misdemeanor vehicular homicide which is
punishable with a $1000 fine and up to
a year in the L.A. County Jail if prosecuted.
